MDI Design & Innovative Process
Step 1
MDI has introduced a totally new concept in this product where the user is able to design the equipment before any legal arrangements are made. First we listen to what specific requirements need to be met and any input from the clinical staff regarding overall concept. |
Step 2
Once we are able to show what suggestions we have come up with, we meet on site for further comments from the user group. |
Step 3
All equipment is fitted to a prototype and is tested for visual and operational capabilities. The user group get a much better idea of the finished product and further changes are easily made. |
Step 4
Gas and Electrical services as well as communication points are fitted to the demo unit in the most convenient position to suit each individual component. This is achieved with magnetic outlets. |
Step 5
The final layout is recorded with photos and on CAD drawings while colors and other final touches are being done. |
Step 6
A complete demonstration unit is installed on site. It is fitted with all the features arranged previously and the complete unit is put to a real test.
Normally some items still require a final re-adjustment but ultimately this process is a must to achieve a successful work environment. |
